He has held positions as a Manager Purchase, Manager Supply Chain, Business Consultant, and an Assistant Professor at esteemed organizations. He holds a Ph.D. and MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Mumbai, India (formerly NITIE). He completed his M.Tech from National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, and his B.Tech from I.E.T. M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in Mechanical Engineering.
