Alchemy 2024, held on the 13th and 14th of September 2023, focused on India’s potential for global business innovation, themed “Envisioning India: Shaping the Companies of Tomorrow.” The event brought together thought leaders and entrepreneurs to discuss leveraging India’s strengths for global impact through five-panel discussions aligned with SIBM Bengaluru’s specializations.

The HR panel explored strategies for enhancing employee retention in a rapidly changing environment. The Finance panel examined opportunities in impact investing, balancing profitability with social impact. The Operations discussion focused on building flexible supply chains using AI and green procurement. The marketing panel addressed the challenges of converting engaged customers. Finally, the Business Analytics panel highlighted AI’s transformative role in business intelligence, considering ethical data privacy issues.

Through these discussions, Alchemy 2023 aimed to empower Indian companies to harness their strengths and pave the way for global leadership.
