Dr. Nisha is an Assistant Professor with Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM). She has sixteen years of corporate and teaching experience. After completing her PGDM from T.A.Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, she worked with organizations such as Deloitte Touche and Tomatsu, KPMG and Hewlett-Packard for ten years. She was involved with the market and competitive intelligence teams in these organizations. Since shifting to academics in 2017, she has been teaching finance subjects to MBA subjects. Her research interests are in sustainable finance, behavioural finance, financial literacy and responsible management education. Her PhD thesis is on the topic “An empirical investigation of determinants influencing climate finance flows”. She is passionate about building a climate conscious future generation and has introduced courses on sustainability, sustainable finance and impact investment for students. During her academic tenure she has published articles in Sage, Emerald, and Inderscience journals.
